YEREVAN, June 1 – During the meeting with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon announced that the Karabakh conflict needs a quick resolution, “Trend” news agency reports.

“The Karabakh conflict needs a quick and peaceful resolution, and we expect positive results,” UN Secretary General said.

In the framework of the meeting Elmar Mamadyarov noted that the Karabakh conflict peaceful resolution is in the process of negotiations.
