YEREVAN (Public Radio of Armenia), June 8–Turkish and Azerbaijani delegates again made anti-Armenian statements at the sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization in Belgium.

Azerbaijanis declared at the sitting that Armenians keep female Azerbaijani captives and contaminate Azeris with water, among other accusations.

“We asked them to provide the lists, if there are any,” said MP Vardan Khachatryan, head of the Armenian delegation to PABSEC.

According to Khachatryan, there is no ICRC document to prove the existence of Azerbaijani female captives in Armenia.

The Azerbaijani deputies later started clarifying which party started the Karabakh conflict. “The war stared with the massacre of Armenian in Baku,” the Armenian delegates declared.

The issue on providing the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic States with a status of observer in the BSEC Parliamentary Assembly was also raised. However, the structure including Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, was rejected the status of observer.
