YEREVAN (Tert.am), May 20–Internet search engine giant Google has included Armenian in its translation system, Google Translate.

This means that with a click of a mouse an Internet user will be able to translate any supported language on a Web page into Armenian. The service is offered in its “alpha” stage, however, meaning that refinements will be made.

The service also offers translations from Armenian into other languages. Google Translate currently supports 58 languages.

This is a revolutionary innovation for cyberspace as virtually all Armenian language Web sites can potentially be accessible to the world in 57 different languages.

Now, any Armenian student and Web surfer will be able to use most of the Internet websites in the world even if they do not understand that particular language, as Google Translate will come to help.
