YEREVAN, November 3 — According to the Azerbaijani news agency Trend, on November 3 the Azerbaijani and Turkish Ministers of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mamedyarov and Ahmet Davutoglu had a private meeting in Istanbul.

Mamedyarov arrived in Turkey on November 2 to take part in the 4th Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan.

The conference will also be attended by representatives from Pakistan, India and all international organizations operating in Afghanistan.
