Yerevan Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attack in Moscow Metro Yerevan Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attack in Moscow MetroYEREVAN (Novosti-Armenia), March 29—Armenia strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms, says the telegram of condolences from the President of Armenia Serge Sarkisian to his Russian colleague Dmitry Medvedev, in the connection with the explosions in the Moscow metro, the press service of the Armenian President informs.

In the telegram, the Armenian President conveyed his sincere condolences for the numerous victims of the terrorist acts in the Moscow metro.

“Armenia strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms. It is time for the world community to start hard-edged collective actions to eradicate this plague of our time. I am sure that everything will be done to identify and to bring to justice the organizers of this act,” Sarkisian said.

The President also asked his Russian counterpart to convey sympathies to the families and friends of the victims.

“We grieve with you and with all the Russians,” the telegram read.

The explosions in the two stations of the Moscow metro thundered on Monday, at 7:55 am and at 8:40 am. According to the latest news, 35 people died and 62 were injured. Criminal proceedings according to article 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorist attack) have been initiated.

According to the Russian Federal operational headquarters, explosions were made by two women suicide bombers.
