YEREVAN, August 19–According to the national statistics service of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (Artsakh), a 0.3 percent drop in prices were registered there this July as compared to June.

The prices for foodstuffs in Artsakh (including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) decreased by 0.3 percent, and the prices for non-food products decreased by 1.1 percent. An increase has been registered in the service sector only — the tariffs increased by 0.2 percent.

In July 2010,  the consumer price index in Arstakh amounted to 104.8 percent compared to December 2009,. The price index for food products (including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) amounted to 104.3 percent, 102.2 percent for non-food products and 107.1 percent for tariffs in the services sector.
