Armenia, Artsakh to Sign Economic Agreement

YEREVAN, August 13–The Armenian Ministry of Economy and the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Ministry of Economic Development will sign a Memorandum of Understanding in Stepanakert.
The document will be signed in the framework of the three day visit of the Armenian delegation to Artsakh. The Deputy Minister of Economy Vahe Danielian, the Deputy Head of the Intellectual Property Agency Andranik Khachikian, head of the National Institute of Standards Yenok Azarian, head of the office of the Minister of Economy Anahit Khechoian and head of National Institute of Metrology Vahan Sahakyan were included in the delegation, led by the Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsian.
During separate discussions and joint sessions the working groups will discuss questions concerning the activities of trade cooperation between the economic agencies of Armenia and Artsakh in 2010-2011. Cooperation will be established particularly in intellectual property, promotion of small and medium-sized businesses, IT, trade, tourism, industry, investments and market regulations.
