Official Says Corruption ‘Uprooted’ in Armenia

YEREVAN, August 13–Corruption in the Armenian State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre is uprooted, Ashot Musaian, the deputy head of the agency says.
He added that in 1997, when the system of State Cadastre was just established, such things might have happened. In 2008-2009 the situation changed much, supervision tightened, and some employees were fired. Musaian mentioned that today they have much experience and cases of corruption are out of the question.
