YEREVAN (Newsarmenia.ru), February 16 — The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic informed that on Tuesday there was a ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan.

According to the report, violations of the ceasefire were registered  in the sections of the contact line between  the military positions of Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan last night and during the day today.

“The enemy opened fire using small-caliber firearms and snipers  in the directions of Horadiz, Jraberd, Seysulan, Talish and others [areas],” read the report.

The press service informs that as a result of retaliatory actions taken by Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army the enemy ceased firing.
