YEREVAN, August 2–The Armenian office of the travel company TEZ TOUR admitted that Armenian and Russian tourists were beaten in the Turkish hotel “Aventura Park.”

“Our tourists were really having a rest in Alanya, in the hotel ‘Aventura Park.’ Our TEZ TOUR office in Antalia was informed about this incident. A guide went to the tourists to find out what had happened. It turned out that there was a quarrel between the tourists and the personnel of the hotel, because the guests were drunk and they provoked a conflict that turned into a fight,” wrote the director of the Armenian office of TEZ TOUR Narine Davtyan in her letter to News.am.

According to her, the administration of the hotel called the police, and the hotel agreed to take the statement against the tourists back only after long negotiations with the travel agency TEZ TOUR. Davtyan also noted that the situation was unique  and their agency always takes care of their tourists.

Davtyan’s letter tried to advertise the agency and demonstrate that it really takes care of its customers. The only question that remains unanswered is quite logical: was the 15-year-old son of Lianna Mamaian also drunk when he was severely beaten with the other tourists?
