YEREVAN, July 26 — On July 26 at 6 a.m an Azerbaijani serviceman Firuz Farazov crossed the Armenian state border in the north-east direction and surrendered to the Armenian border guards, reports RA Ministry of Defence.

The soldier was detained, and investigation is underway.

The Yerevan office of the International Committee of the Red Cross was informed about the incident.
