YEREVAN (Tert.am), February 4– During yesterday’s National Assembly meeting, Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Eduard Nalbandian once again reiterated Armenia’s position that without Nagorno-Karabakh’s participation in negotiations, an agreement in the conflict settlement process could not be reached.

“We have stated numerous times, without Nagorno-Karabakh’s participation in negotiations, it’s impossible to reach an agreement in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. What the Azerbaijanis are saying is another display of an unconstructive approach,” he said.

Nalbandian also alluded to the fact that on this issue, there are no differences of opinion with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

“Our approach related to Nagorno-Karabakh’s participation finds support from the three co-chairs,” he said.
