Armenian Sourb Nshan Church Partially Collapsed In Tbilisi

YEREVAN, May 14 — A part of the Armenian Sourb Nshan Church (dated 1701) collapsed in the centre of Georgian capital, informs Georgian «GNH» agency.
The fragments of the wall fell on the nearby dwelling house and ruined it. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. According to the preliminary data, collapse was caused by recent heavy showers, reads the message.
In March National Agency for Cultural Heritage of Georgia initiated reconstruction works in Sourb Nshan Church after the fire which occured early in January. The works were scheduled to be completed by the end of May.
