YEREVAN, February 17 — In all likelihood, the Russia will finance the construction of the new nuclear power plant in the Republic of Armenia.

“The hardest thing in such constructions is to set the stage. The Russian party is ready to finance the 50 percent of the construction,” said Armen Movsisyan, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.

“Rusatom” company suggested that the Republic of Armenia take care of the remaining 50 percent. How Armenia should do that is by means of loans taken from international finance facilities.
