 Sarkisian, Medvedev Met in MoscowYEREVAN (Tert.am)–Armenian President Serge Sarkisian visited Moscow at the invitation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. The two presidents met privately in Medvedev’s residence near Moscow.

During their meeting, the heads of the two strategically allied states discussed projects of cooperation planned for 2010, the future broadening of political dialogue, and the expansion of economic cooperation. Military cooperation and issues related to future deepening of Armenia-Russia humanitarian relations were also discussed.

The two presidents also turned their attention to pressing regional and international issues, the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, regional security, and the establishment of Armenian-Turkish relations.
